Delivery and Returns

Free delivery if the order is more than Euro 50.

If the order is less than Euro 50, the shipping costs will be Euro 7.50

Netherlands and Belgium -> next day delivery

Germany -> 1 (Ruhrgebiet) or 2 days (rest)

Free delivery if order value is euro 150, - or more.

If order value is less than euro 150, -, the delivery cost will be euro 15.00

Other EU countries 2-4 days

Please contact us by email (orders@fissaggio.nl) to receive your best possible shipping cost. For Europe we use mainly DPD but for overseas area's we use courier like Fedex or DHL.

Can I return an item? Yes, you can return your ordered product within a period of 30 days without reason. This withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you physically receive the product. Return conditions - The item is in the original packaging (as far as possible); - The article is undamaged. We will refund the amount to you within 5 working days of receiving your package. How do I return my order? You must first report the return via orders@fissaggio.nl, stating your Order Number. We will then send a return form and DPD return label by email so that you can return the package. You must hand in the package at a DPD service point. Exceptions to your right of return: 1) Broken product packaging We ask that you take the product out of the packaging with care. We charge € 7.50 for broken packaging. 2) Also low-priced items ordered in the "Sale" section can be returned, the costs for returning (€ 7.50) will be deducted from the return payment.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including gift box if applicable

Items must not be unpacked, washed, worn or damaged.

We will refund the invoiced amount within 5 days of receipt of the return (if new).
